Yes we have Australian sizes. The main size chart represents our custom made range. Mens sizes are fairly true, ladies depending on body shape can be a tad small and we suggest ordering 1-2 sizes up. All ready made garments have different size charts. Although they are also Australian sizes we suggest you ask for a size chart to be sure.
We accept EFT, Cheque, Credit Card Visa, Mastercard and Amex, Paypal and we also have Afterpay and Zip Pay
We are upfront about all fees and costs. So we will advise you about all costs at the time of ordering.
Yes you can, they usually need to be paid for and can be returned for a credit towards an order when placed.
Freight is not included as part of any credit.
We usually don't have a design fee. However we may ask for a security deposit of $100 , which is credited in full towards an order when there is a request for excessive changes and options or when the design we need to make is very complex and time consuming to redraw.
Freight is $18 per order on a standard freight cost nationally. Internationally its $50.
All options will be presented to you at the checkout stage.
We can exchange blank unprinted garments for another size if you order the wrong one and if it is available. Shipping back to us and from us to you as well as restocking fee will be charged to you.
